Starting at $65 per guest
Buffet service offers a flexible, guest-friendly dining experience with a wide variety of menu options.
For a well-balanced menu, we recommend one salad, two sides, and two proteins, with the option to add more. All selections are prepared for your full guest count—partial quantities are not available. Protein portions are slightly smaller to encourage guests to enjoy multiple options.
For events over 150 guests, a second buffet line is required for efficient service.
What to consider: To keep lines moving smoothly, we recommend having your planner or DJ release tables one at a time.
Best for: Couples who want variety and a relaxed dining experience.
Food stations
Starting at $85 per guest
Food stations offer the greatest variety and a more interactive dining experience for your guests. This style can include “build-your-own” bars or a collection of chef-composed dishes, allowing guests to customize their meal or sample a range of options throughout the evening.
What to consider: Stations encourage guest movement and mingling, and often require a bit more space and planning for layout and flow.
Best for: Couples who want a lively, interactive dining experience that encourages movement, mingling, and variety.
family style
Starting at $75 per guest
Family-style service brings the buffet experience directly to each table, with beautifully arranged platters that guests pass and serve themselves—think Thanksgiving-style dining. This option creates a warm, interactive atmosphere while allowing guests to remain seated throughout dinner.
For a well-balanced menu, we recommend selecting at least one salad, two sides, and two protein options (with flexibility to add more!).
Please note: Family-style serving platters and utensils are not included and will need to be rented.
What to consider: This style requires ample table space for serving platters, so it’s important to plan accordingly with your table design (florals, décor, etc.). It also involves a bit more rental coordination, but creates a shared, communal dining experience.
Best for: Couples who want a seated dinner that feels interactive, relaxed, and connection-focused.
Plated dinner
Starting at $90 per guest
Plated dinners offer a refined, elegant experience and are our most structured service style. Guests remain seated while each course is individually prepared and served.
There are two ways to approach a plated dinner:
Duo Protein
Select two proteins, two sides, and a salad for all guests to enjoy. This option allows everyone to experience multiple entrée selections. (We’re happy to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions with individually prepared plates.)
What to consider: This option offers a streamlined planning process and efficient service, without requiring guest meal selections in advance (Aside from dietary restrictions/allergies).
Guests’ Choice
Guests select their preferred entrée in advance through their RSVP. Select one salad, a total of two side dishes, and up to three protein options (including vegetarian or vegan choices) for guests to choose from. For seamless service, each guest’s selection must be clearly indicated on their place card using a color or symbol.
What to consider: This option adds a personalized guest experience, but requires additional coordination with RSVPs, place cards, and timeline for smooth execution.
Best for: Couples who want a formal, elevated dining experience with a structured timeline and attentive, seated service.
